Been here for almost a year now and everything is going well. I'm in the one bedroom apt and its not too big and not too small at the same time. Rent isn't too bad either, but there are no amentities except some playgrounds for kids and a lil basketball court. Its nice being in a townhouse rather than a 3 story complex with people above or below you. My only complaints are the bathrooms in the one bedrooms share the same wall as the apt next door. I can hear way too many things from it that I don't want to be hearing! My other complaint is that there are way too many kids around here. I guess all the 2 story 2 bedrooms have lots of families living in them. If you have kids then this place is for you as they'll have plenty of friends to play with. One other minor complaint is parking as some nights visitors park in spots they aren't supposed to and you lose your spot and have to park far away. Other than that things are ok. My backyard is big and I have a private backyard with no houses or anything, just a forest which is rare to have in Manch. Management is just fine, Jan does her job well and has solved all my problems which are few and far between.
