The "Real Truth"

I just came across this website and noticed that my old apartment complex has received some varied comments about how it is or was depending on whether someone still lives there or not.
To the previous author who wrote some many wonderful things about Greenview, either you get free rent or work for the outfit. The place was a total pit and judging from the comments of previous authors, it looks like nothing has improved much.
I lived in a one bedroom and while I did feel it was large enough, the size did not justify the rent especially when you threw in some of the detractors;
1) Too many kids. If you are looking for a quiet complex, forget about Greenview. Seems like every kid in Manchester who doesn't live in a house lives here. It wouldn't be so bad if the parents did a better job of keeping an eye on them instead of them running wild like a bunch of wild animals through the building.
2) On numerous occassions the laundry facilities would break and even then, the number of machines were far outnumbered bythe number of tenants wanting to use them. In other words, if you have alot of laundry to do, try waiting until 3AM.
3) Walls in the units are so thin (even though Greenview claimed they were soundproof) that I could hear my downstairs neighbors getting it on constantly! Not to mention the occasional argument or two or three.
I won't bore you with the rest of the details but it just was an environment that I was happy to escape from when my lease came due.
