My roommates and I have lived at this place for almost four years now and really like the location. It's located right off the highway. If you're a nonsmoker it can be a little frustrating if you have smokers below you. The smoke will bellow into your apartment if the door and windows are open. The walls seem very sound proof unless of course you have a crazy woman downstairs who yells profanities at the top of her lungs at 5 in the morning. With those two exceptions it's a pretty nice place for us.
They only allow 2 permits for parking so one of us parks in the front of the building. This can be frustrating in the winter b/c of the City Ordinance Policy, but for the most part it's adequate.
