Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
Ive rented pleny over the years and never have I had a worse experience than with greenview village. First off since we moved in a year ago Nov 01' we have left messages, spoke directly and sent letters to management asking for our bathroom to be painted...Now a year later they are ready to paint the room only due to the fact that we are moving out and they will need to rent the place to some other sucker. Our buzzer to let our guests in went unrepaired for 3 months..door locks always seem to be nonfunctional..parking is a nightmare..hope you only have one car and like parking in the road. All this for the lovely monthy rate now of 915.00. A 25 percent raise from last year
