The maintenance and property management staff were downright rude and arrogant. I had a leak coming from the base of my toilet. It would soak the whole bathroom floor. I called maintenance several times for this problem, and was told that there was nothing wrong with my toilet, and I must be splashing water out of the shower. I explained that i had been away for the weekend, and had not showered in my apartment for 2 days. They didn't care. I had to take it to the management company, who were equally rude and unwilling to help me. Finally, after an independent plumber was called, the problem was fixed (3 months later) Parking was bad, kids were running rampant. If it is a choice between Greenview Village and a street corner, pick the street corner.
