Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
I have lived at Greenview Village for 3 years. I think the other people must be confused. My apartment is big, I have lots of closets and the appliances were new when I moved in. Two months ago, the manager sent me a menu of upgrades the I could have for FREE! I had new carpet put in. It wasn't even time to renew my lease.
The neighborhood is so nice and the pool has been great with all these 90 degree days. I swim for excercise instead of using the fitness center in the summer.
I have only had one maintenance problem (the truth is I flushed something I shouldn't of). It was backed up but maintenance was here within an hour - on a Sunday!
I love Greenview! I have reccomended it to a bunch of my freinds and they love it too!
