Not Bad, Not Perfect, But Not Bad

I have lived at Greenview for almost 2 years now. I live on the first floor. For the most part the Management has been helpful and things seem pretty good.
I don't like the fact that the parking lots aren't monitored well enough. My apartment comes with 1 space and I have had to park on the street more than once because people's friends and others park their cars in the Building spots and not on the street like they should. My apartment is right next to the back entrance to the building and it is very inconvenient to hear the door slamming all night long especially when the door is broken because somebody forgot their key and decided to rip the door open. It also sucks to have strangers yelling in my slider to open the door for them. I have had my storage unit broken into (nothing was stolen, but many things were knocked over and the door was broken).
The size of the apartment is decent for a 1 bedroom. 10X18 bedroom and 11X18 living room. That is pretty good. The amenities are nice as well. Although again it would be nice if people monitored their children.
Also, the building that I live in is supposedly none smoking, yet every day I find Cigarette butts on my patio or matches and many times trash because people are apparently too lazy to clean up after themselves.
The maintenance staff seems very good. We have only had to contact them twice since we moved in and both times they were very prompt and courteous.
There are ups and downs to Greenview and I would say that the Ups are the Apartment setup and size and the Downs are the poor building control (ie kids, noise etc...). It's too bad they aren't able to figure out a way to better police these issues because it really is a decent location between 93 and 293.
