Well let's see...i've read a bunch of the other reviews and I wish I had before I moved into this hole. Problems I have had, let me count the ways...

1. I moved in and the screen door broke
2. The closet door was broken when I moved in.
3. The stove that would be replaced next week was replaced close to a week ago (i've been there just around 6 months)
4. Air conditioning. Been there since 1543. Will remain there until 5543. Actually I will give them credit, it only took the entire summer months to replace 1 of them, and then I could bask in the humidity of my apartment cause they still didn't work.
5. The ants go marching 3 by 3....
6. The kids go marching 10 by 10....
7. My key still doesn't work right in the security door. Tell me, is it really that difficult to operate a key'
8. Hey, I got lucky, when they replaced the stove, they also replaced the lock on the screen door (that one was called in on my original inspection)
9. The tub...or the submarine. You decide.
10. Someone previously mentioned a breeze and the electricity goes out...I get hurricane force winds INSIDE the apartment.
11. Well, here is the kicker, the thermostat isn't broken because maintenance says so. This seems to be a theme at Greenview Village...I say its broken, and obviously because the maintenance guy who can't speak 10 words of English says that its fine, I must be a moron. *sigh*

So, to sum up, (as this list could continue) don't move here. Sleep in a car. Sleep in a Winnebago. Sleep in a box. Just don't sleep at Greenview.
