I live in a complex across the street. I can hear one of the tenants either yelling at her kids, arguing with her boyfriend (who lives there, but parks on the street), or getting drunk at ten in the morning. I can hear all of this from inside my unit. I can not hear anyone in my building, but I can hear the white trash across the street'!'
