I have lived at this complex for 2 years and I just recently found this website and have been reading the reviews. When I read the previous review I was very shocked to hear about what happened but as I was reading more I realized that the person that wrote that review does not even live at this complex. The reason that I know this is because there is no one in the office by the name that was mentioned and anyone that lives here knows that there is no swimming pool. So the comment about bricks falling out of the pool could never happen here. I looked long and hard at different apartment complexs in the Manchester area before I decided on calling Laurel Ridge my home. I have had no problem with the office and everytime I call the office with a problem in my apartment it is fixed immediately. So before someone rights a bad review make sure it is for the right apartment complex.
