Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1996
 
The apartments and grounds are a mess and the staff is incompetent. Even after I left here they were trying to bill me for rent that was not due. I tried to work out the error, theirs, with them but they STILL tried to bill me! This was the worst place I've ever delt with.
