This is our first apartment after I finished college. And, I can definitely atest to the fact that you get what you pay for here. It is the cheapest 2 bedroom around in more ways than just money!

The grounds are yuck, and the buildings don't look any better. At least you have control over the cleanliness of your own apartment. You can smell what people are cooking, and I can hear the idiots below us waking up there kids every morning!! The "tennis courts" have become the meeting place for everyone under ten and there parents every day, and wouldn't dare put a toe in the pool!! The kids kick soccer balls and hit baseballs in the "tennis court" which is right next to the parking lot. I got half way into my car once when a soccer ball hit the hood and bounced onto the roof!!! My husbands car had $500 in damage from a kid riding her bike in between the cars. She wouldn't admit to it even when we had a witness!!

Then there are the bugs. Every summer we have a major problem with spiders. And they aren't little spiders. They are in our apartment, in the building hallways, and hanging from the exit doors

On the good side:
Maintenance is very good. We have had them up numerous times, and every time they have done a wonderful job!
If you get up to use the washers and dryers when they come on at 6am , you can have them to yourself...any other time of day and forget it. My favorite are the people that leave their crap in them all day!!

Anyways, we are moving soon I hope...that is another good thing...tenant at will.
