These apt are rented month to month so one can move whenever one wnts and the landlord does return the deposits. I have rented here twice and have family and friends who have also lived here and a few still do.

They are typical apt with many undated which cost more. Even in the less expensive apartments, the rugs are requently change when a tenant vacate and the apt is rewall papered.the updated apts have new cabinets, appliances and bathrooms. The maintenance is 24 hrs for emergencies. Each apt has a person to clean the common areas. Within this past year, all roofs were reroofed and many balconies replaced, the pool redone and the exercise room/sauna totally renovated. No, it is not a new landlord-same company for many years==always giving the best for the money. Of course, he wants his rent.

It is deplorable that some people who probably didn't even live here make damaging comments and if they did live here I question if they paid their rent.

As for noise, it is rare to hear anyone except when they are in the hallways.
