I lived here for 2-3 years. The apartments are old and tired. I wanted something cheap and that is what i got. The apartments are all dirty, have very old cabinets, ovens and AC units. They advertise tennis, basketball courts, a pool and fitness center. I think prison inmates have 10x's better facilities than all of these items. Place is very noisy and good luck getting a parking space or avoid having someone back into you or block you in because of the configuration of the parking spaces. The head manager onsite is a physcho ----- that lies her ass off, so don't get her upset because she will get you kicked out for no reason. Carpet is from the 50's very drab and half of the time you get air and dirt in the water line, something is seriously wrong with that. The major advantage is space it is very big and the price isn't bad, also there is no lease which is good and bad, good becasue you can leave at any time bad because they could increase your rent every month if they wanted to, I haven't heard of any instances of that yet. Prostitutes and drug dealers roam the halls at night and in the streets, at least 4 shootings in the time i lived there. 100's of kids in the area my vehicle has been hit by footballs and baseballs many times because there is no where to go because all the apartments are built virtually on top of one another. Maintanence is a joke, I once had a new counter top in my apartment for a week before I called up only to find out it wasn't being installed in my apartment they were just storing it there without telling me. Laundry room is two washers and a dry for 30 apartments, doesn't really work out, prepare to wait with your cloths as you clean them or they will either be taken or thrown out.
