A good value. Good grounds maintenance, winter and summer. Very responsive to calls if you have problems. A typical apartment layout. Comfortable. Some neighbors are very inconsiderate; noisy and litter but guess that can be found anywhere. For the most part, would give this place a pretty good rating. Management could come in step with the 21st century and give more options to pay rent than the US mail. Should be able to pay on site or via the internet.
