Nice clean building with parking issues

This building is nice if all you need is a living space. The apartment itself is quiet with thick walls. The building has no laundry room but there is a laundromat around the courner. Residents themselves are quiet, but by the early morning (6-7am) there is a lot of traffic on the road and the church bells next door go off at 7am
