Apt is good/included heat good/ need better staff

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The biggest problem with this place is the Rental office. More specifically Dan in the rental office. Dan does not fully listen to the situation at hand and, more importantly, treat the tenant with any amount of respect. If you have to deal with Dan in the office, you're better off not even talking to him.
