One year was enough for me. First of all this place requires 60 days notice before you move out, where as all other places require 30 days. So the problem arises that you give your notice and take the chance that when you want to move into another place something opens up, otherwise you are screwed. The office does not have the most professional people, and you will be lucky to get any sort of true customer service out of them. the apartment size was big but not worth the money, at all. The building shifts which requires maintenace to come in to adjust the door latches, and the roof leaks. The pool is nice, but forget about inviting your friend(s) to use it, because two passes are given to each apartment. Laundry machines are very often inoperable, and take too long to get fixed. There is only two washers and dryers per building. the place is just ugly, no landscaping at all. The view from your window no matter where you are is a parking lot and 7 other "projects" or apartment buildings. Take my word for it, I wish I would have looked just a little harder.
