Don?t Move In Here!!!!

Firstly, I would like to address the office staff. They are atrocious and will give you the run around. If you get Dan on the phone don?t even bother. He is rude and doesn?t listen and will change his answers. He has even made rude and intrusive comments about me in the course of trying to resolve a matter. No one should have to put up with unproffesional staff.
We are leaving this place midlease due to some matinance issue. Our livingroom ceiling and wall are leaking in no less than 5 places. It has been like this for two weeks and then tell us it will take at least two weeks to repair. They gave us the run around about getting a break on our rent and when I brought up NH state renters law they said they were not in breach of it though it states that no walls or ceilings may leak. It is important to note we aren?t even on the top floor. We have since found out that there is a problem with MANY of the apartments experiencing leaking. This has been totally mishandled and I am not going to stick around through the reconstruction of the living room. Mold is already developing. They didn?t even give us a bucket. If you would like to see pics of ceiling they will be posted at photos.yahoo.com/figment_42 I urge you to consider that we will be spending at least a month with an apartment that looks like this and is dripping near to our furniture. Would you want that for yourself'
UPDATE: They are fixing the leak but we are still leaving. The rental office has even agreed to get us some buckets. They say they are not in breach of the law due to the torrential downpours but I don't want to live here anymore even if the leak is fixed. Maybe you want to chance it. The apartments are cheap in relation to others in the area.
Parking is terrible. When my husband and I got married they refused to give me a permit for 3 months so that I had to park on the street as a "guest." That is inexcuseable besides the fact that our building is far from the street.
Unfortunately, we were moving from california and got it site unseen as we found the staff to be friendly and read some good reviews on this very website. Either things have changed in the year or the reviews were outright lies to sucker people in.
