The rental office really has no authority to verify anything local to the complex and has to go through "management" HQ in Massachussetts. Dan in the office is very patronizing and can't handle any situation. If you had reached him when calling for maintainence, you better try again and hope someone else answers becuase nothing will ever be done with Dan. Just this year there is a leak in the ceiling (2nd floor of a 3 story building). It's coming in from the sliding door or somewhere around the door, these doors were not properly put in the first place and the whole building has this similar problem. The rental office did not issue a parking sticker for my wife (with a lease in NY) until 8 months into the lease after much bickering and logic reasoning (after all... the married couples in the rest of the complex has 2 stickers, what's the difference that my wife is in NY for school')
