We basically like living here. It is a nice sized apt. We had brand new rugs when we moved in. The A/C cools the living room nicely, but doesn't help the bedrooms, even with a hall fan. We have have had snow/ice coating all the window edges. Didn't see it until it started melting and left water stains on our window ledges. Many issues with the tub getting stopped up and cold water mid shower or sometimes for the whole shower. Funny wiring where one side of an outlet will work and the other doesn't. We live on the 1st floor and constantly hear people running up and down the stairs. The front door slams shut all the time. We get memos from the management office almost daily about contruction and improvements being made. "All cars must be moved by 8am," then when I leave for work at 9:30am, no one is working in the parking lot. NOISY!!! If you get a package, they don't call to tell you they are holding it for you until 5-7 days later. They blame the delivery service for not leaving a detailed note telling you about the package. Anyways, parking is good. Lighting outdoors could definitely be better. Starting to landscape it better. All the problems with Dan that others mentioned, we had too!!! He is no longer in the office. Not sure if we will renew or not.
