I live in a 1BR unit. The price is very reasonable, considering the size of the apartment - separate dining room, walk-in closet, huge living room. I have a first year rent discount, though I'm sure the "full" rent for next lease year will be significantly higher. No problems with heat - in fact, it's quite warm in the winter. Noise is not a real problem. The heating pipes in the wall eliminate some noise, and the apartment is large enough I can "retreat" to another room if the neighbors are making noise. The exterior is lovely, although it would have been nice to have holiday decorations like the other nearby communities. The only thing I'd like to have is a balcony. We have great slding doors in the living area, and a wrought iron railing, but no place to sit an enjoy a coffee al fresco. Office staff are very helpful, and friendly. Security is excellent, both in the management office and the patrol car that makes rounds every night. All in all this apartment community is highly recommended!
