This place started out great, but it has gone down hill since we moved in, and we've had 2 different apartments within their management company. They bother you when it snows to move your car(s) instead of getting out the snow blower so they can use a truck to plow which is a hassle if you have babies and/or young children that need to be supervised if your spouse is at work. They do not tell you if you have packages waiting in the office that UPS or FedEx has dropped off. During inspections they knock so lightly that you can't hear it above the tv, a/c, dishwasher, bathroom fan, etc. until you hear them barging thru the door. I had to install hotel locks from having them enter unannounced. Yes they gave you a written notice, but they don't give you an exact time when they are coming. Repairs suck, I have been waiting months for my fridge to get fixed but it hasn't been yet, the freezer leaks into the regular part of the fridge and spoils the foods like bread and other stuff gets soggy!

The a/c is a joke, you're cooler with just a fan running on you!!! They won't replace or update them, they are from the 70's!!!

It's either too cold or too hot in here! There is no happy medium.

Sooooo true! We had to open the windows in the middle of winter! And in the summer I had to sleep in the living room to be by the A/C because the bedroom was so HOT!
