I lived here for about 2 years before I had to leave because they forced everyone to either buy their apartment as a "condo" at an outrageous price or get out.

The office management were rude and seemed to be bothered by my visits as soon as they found I was a tenant, not a potential buyer of a "condo". The Brady Sullivan staff at the main office in the mills in Manchester were similarly rude for the same reasons.

The heat was always 90 , even in winter. The radiators in my apartment wasn't controlled by the thermostat in the apartment. The heat kept pouring out of them even when it was unplugged from the wall.

Ants EVERYWHERE Spring to Fall. When I complained, they told me not to leave food out (I never did, especially after the ants showed up).

My next door neighbors were loud redneck types who constantly yelled and fought with each other. When they moved out, a group of college students moved in and the hallway smelled like pot for the rest of my stay.

There are much better places in this area, stay away from here!
