I lived there for over 2.5 years.
its a great location right off mammoth road and close to the highway (93)
the landlord is really nice and very helpful.
they are very straightforward. if something goes wrong in the apartment they fix it right away. they are great with cleaning out the snow and helping you get your car out.
i have had a great experience living there. i highly recommend it.
