Overall, I would recommend this complex. My neighbors are really nice and quiet. I live on the third floor, so I am not sure how soundproof the floors are, but we have never gotten any complaints.

My only big complaint is that during the winter, the manager knocks on everyone's door to tell them to move their cars so he can plow. Normally, I wouldn't complain about this, but it's only done early mornings, during the weekends.

I also cannot understand why a one-bedroom apartment can only have one car in the parking lot. Two people with two jobs might have two cars so one of them has to park on the street. During the winter, this poses the risk of being towed if you have nowhere to put your car in the event of a snow emergency.
