Poor Business Practices

The office staff makes verbal agreements and does not follow through with them. They will take you for every cent you have. We had multiple maintenance issues, safety concerns, and when we did not renew our lease and decided to move out they tried to make us pay rent without access to the apartment because they were denying their verbal agreements.
