I recently moved out of Red Oak property that they just acquired. Since they have taken over this property the rent has gone up over 15% the price of laundry went up and they put in a smaller dumpster. The dumpster overflows and there is garbage everywhere. This was a very historic and well kept property, it is now full of Red Oak signs and advertisements. They hold your deposit back just for having little indents in the carpet from where a sofa was. It comes out!!!! .They also are holding it because of parking stickers, what am I going to do , drive out of state to park back there.I have been at the same apartment for a long time and never had a problem until these people took over.
