"Are we talking about the same company"' Of course we are... Stupid! Either you're not very observent, or you're a Red Oak employee. RED OAK IS THE WORST COMPANY! You're obviosly affiliated with them in some way, and are obligated to defend them, There's no such thing as a well maintained Red Oak Building.
