We rented from Red Oak for a couple of years. What made this the most unpleasant experience was the office staff with the exception of one or two people. They're pretty know for talking down to people. When we moved in, we told them it was alright to not replace the carpet and other things, which was put down on our paperwork. When we moved, there was mysteriuosly new paperwork stating we ruined the new carpet, etc. Needless to say, we did not get our deposit back. They are definite slum lords!!!!

Since 1984 Red Oak has been continually improving our properties. Since 2002 we have spent well over 1.5 million dollars each and every year on our properties. This means that our residents have the benefit of our constant dedication to improving our properties. Comments made about Red Oak do not reflect this intense dedication to making our residents our priority. We will be, and have been there, for our residents yesterday, today and tomorrow. They did that very same thing to me!! TIP!! TAKE PICTURES WHEN U MOVE IN!! If you dont, you will pay for everything they did not fix or maintain. Sad to know that people think it is OK to treat other poeple in this manner. MOst people work hard for there money.!!!
