I NEEDED A PLACE TO LIVE QUICK SO I RENTED FROM RED OAK, BIG MISTAKE TO SAY THE LEAST THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESIONAL, I HAD A ONE BEDROOM, THE BATHROOM DIDNT EVEN HAVE A SINK N THE STAND UP SHOWER HAD MOLD AROUND THE TOP, THE FLOORS WERE SLANTED, THE MAINTNANCE MAN STOLE FROM MY APARTMENT WHILE COMIN TO FIX THEYRE OLD WINDOWS THAT THEY NEEDED TO REPLACE, THE BUILDING WAS NOT UP TO CODE THE TOWN WAS GOIN TO TEAR IT DOWN TILL THEY DID SOME QUICK LAST MINUTE FIXES, THERE PLOW TRUCK SMASHED INTO MY NEW CAR WHEN I GOT IT AND THEY DIDNT WANT TO GO THREW THERE INSURANCE TO GET IT FIXED, OVERALL I WOULD SAY THAT RED OAK IS DEFINATLY THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGMENT IVE EVER RENTED FROM--

I would like to add to what your talking about. I experienced a similar situation with the same company. I had the matinence come into my place. The reason I say it was them. I had no force of entry. Plus I had just put in a work order to have repairs. No call ever came in to let me know they were coming; but whoever came in had a key. Which is myself and them. I called them and they told me before I go around pointing fingers I need to check myself first. Who else would I check first. I'm the first eliminated It's my house. I told them I was going to catch their employee by getting a camera. They came in the second time took the camera and tape and left. Still Red Oak maintained their position by saying. They never heard of anything like it ever. Guess What Red Oak!!!!! There's a first for everything. You need to get your priorities together. Your tenants are the ones paying you. While you pay your maintence. It would be cheeper plus you gain by getting rid of these untrustworthy employees. Then to have an empty apartment. THINK!!!!!!! GET IT, GOOD.

I agree completly!!!! Red Oak is one of the WORST people to rent from. Did you know I actualy had 3 seperate species of cockroaches living in my apartment?
