Most un ethical person I have ever met Protrays himself to be professional but he is not. Fair Housing should really review all of his files because he treats each case differently. He makes his rules as he goes along. He does not pay his contractors on time (the hispanic)contactors and cleaners especially. He is unfair to his employees and has a very large management team turn around. Everytime you go into the office you see a new face and no one knows what they are doing. did I mention roaches and Bedbugs. these are ammenties that come with the apartment. Rent at your own risk

Red Oak has in fact been commended by many individuals and city of Manchester officials for the professionalism we exhibit, the committment we have made to our residents, the constant improvements we make to our properties and our helpful and kind staff. We have a bi-lingual staff, many of whom have worked for us for more than 10 years. I am Ron Dupont, the owner of Red Oak Properties and I am proud to rent to and employ individuals from diverse backgrounds. Manchester is a National Refugee Center. It has made our city a better place to live and work.

Owner seems to not be aware of the difference between a LIE and the TRUTH!! Red Oak cares for one thing.. MONEY!!!!!
