Do not move here. This place is falling apart! The managment doesn't care about you at all. There is a HUGE mold problem as well!!!!!!!!!

Anytime there has been a mold issue it has been caused by a lifestyle issue of the resident in the apartment. As a Matter of fact, Red Oak is very sensitive to mold issues and replies to them very quickly. actually for the 2 years that i lived at turkey hill rd in merrimack i had a HUGE mold problem. i was told it was due to drafty windows & that they needed to be replaced. well they never were (until months after we moved out). the black mold grew everywhere not just the bathroom! i actually spoke to you, ron over the phone. red oak does NOT care about the tenants. the only reason ron dupont wrote that review is because he is desperate for people to move in! do not believe his lies!

Bug problems come from the residents who live in apartments not from the landlord. How people live and clean their apartment should be the issue here.
