We lived In the Brown Ave. apartments for about 3 years, before we had saved enough money to move to a better location. We work for our money, we do not party, we do not do drugs. But if we did, you would find all the paraphernalia you would need laying around the outside of you're apartment. Red Oak has the worst management I have seen anywhere. I could write pages of all the inappropriate things I have seen go on here, and things associated with the staff. We had drug dealers living in the same building. They were not afraid to make it very obvious that they were dealing drugs People partying all night long outside the apartments. Staff did NOTHING when we complained. The grounds are not kept up. We had grass growing over 12" in the back yard. NEVER walk around barefoot, almost stepped on a syringe. Graffiti on the walls, and the fences. I have never in my entire life seen a management company run an apartment complex to poorly. Staff were irresponsible and very unconcerned with issues involving the apartments. The apartment was in poor condition when we moved in, and were blamed for the damage that was done before we moved in. Staff refused to admit the damage was done before we move in. (my mistake was not taking photos). Screening process' I would also suggest checking websites like http://www.familywatchdog.us/ if you have children, there were 2 registered sex offended living in the same complex I lived in, there were families with lots of children in the same complex. Yes I repeat, registered sex offender living next to family s with children!!!!!!!!!! I m assuming, since Red Oak claims to screen there tenants, that having sex offenders living next to children is ok I wouldn t recommend Red Oak to anyone!!!!!

I am Ron Dupont, The owner of Red Oak Property Management, Red Oak has a regular and frequenet schedule for cleaning our hallways and grounds. We have a huge respect for all our residents. We are on site every day. The individual who posted this comment made the same comment at another property several years ago. I can tell you that if you walked on the Old Brown Ave site today, you would not recognize it from 1 year ago. Over the past year we have put over $700,000 of improvements into the property at Old Brown Ave. It is called Eagles Landing. We have completely redone the exterior of each building here. We have re-landscaped the grounds, added more parking, planted beautiful shrubs and bushes, added new fencing, signage and improved lighting in this apartment community. The playground equipment is on order and will be installed as soon as it arrives from the factory. The interiors of each building are being renovated as each apartment becomes available. New kitchens, applinaces, microwaves and flooring are the standard improvements made to each unit. In addition, the apartments are given a new facelift, with doors, moldings and other improvements as needed. The individual units are in the best shape they have ever been in. I stand behind every one of my apartments and the fine staff we have at Red Oak Properties.

ilive in building 3951 at old brown ave, itis nice on the outside infested with bugs and rats on the inside. DO NOT RENT MAJOR SLUMLORDS. i have two very young children it took them a month to even have someone come spray the bugs. and we still have them. -------ssssssssss. ihave a two month old and a 3 year old. this is unhealthy living enviornment. i reported them to manchester building and health department. please do the same.
