Do Not Move here! The management is awful! They only care about money.
I have lived with mold & broken appliances since I moved in.
I have made several calls to maintenance in the past and they never fix the problem! The mold is disgusting.
I told management about the issue years ago & nothing has ever been done to rectify the problem.
The electrical outlets are also very unsafe.
None of my plugs stay in the outlet.
Most of the outlets spark whenever you plug something in.
Red Oak advertises new appliances & new carpet.
They LIE! None of it is new.
Noise is a huge issue here as well.
You can here EVERYTHING that goes on in that building.
Please do not waste your money.
You will regret living here!

| Hello, I am the owner of Red Oak Property Management and I would like to respond to this rating. The resident who wrote this comment never let us know about these problems. We have a licensed electrician on our maintenance team who is head of our safety team. The electrical outlets in any Red Oak Apartment are always in good working order. If they become inoperable or unsafe we fix them immediately. As far as the mold issue goes, every Red Oak Apartment is delivered to the residents in clean, well maintained order. We put new carpets and appliances in our apartments on a regular schedule. | |

LOL WOW You have to actualy admit there is a problem before you can fix it!!!!!! Red Oak likes to deny there is ever a problem with anything.

Money is what makes the world go round. Red Oak seems to put a lot of money into my apartment building, new landscaping, new roof, new appliances. I think they employ a lot of people too. This is all good.
