I worked for Red Oak for 3 years and I live in a Red Oak Property. I have changed jobs because my husbands job has changed. I have seen first hand the wonderful way that they treat their customers, employees and the community. The owner, Ron, just received an award from the Manchester Salvation Army for all the time he has dedicated to helping out there.
When I read many of the negative comments on this site, I realize that these are residents who have not followed the contract that they sign when they get an apartment. This is called a lease. And they must hold up their end of the agreement. Many of the negative comments are just not true, or the problem mentioned was created by the person writing the comment.
Take it from me, I believe that you will be very happy with the clean, well maintained apartments that you get from Red Oak Property Management, Inc.
