I live in Sunset Ridge, owned by Red Oak Property Management. I just wanted to write in to say what an amazing job the staff does here. I have worked 12 years in Customer Service, and know all too well that the complaints come in much aggressively that the compliment does, so I wanted to take the time to recognize Morgan, Beth, Dave, among others that work at Sunset Ridge. Whenever the first of the month would come up anywhere I have ever lived, it was a chore I had to do that day. At Sunset, I literally enjoy my time when I drop my check off, if anything to see how everyone is doing. I feel a genuine care from the staff, particularly from the afore mentioned, and enjoy stopping over just to say hi on occassion. There have been things to discuss as far as the apartment goes to what's going on in my life, and they are always there to lend a helping hand or take care of what needs to be taken care of.

Again, I have managed many places of business and corporations, and I want you to know this is the kind of staff I would kill for. People that take their work seriously, professionally, and do what they need to do in order to have a great place of living, as well as the friendly side of things and look out for one another.

I would most certainly recommend Sunset Ridge to a friend....in fact I already have and she would've move here, only she opted to move a little closer to work.
