My experience at Red Oak has been absolutely fantastic. I have lived at the Opera Block Building for 5 years. This property has been improved greatly since Red Oak bought it. New carpets in the hallways, new lights, paint in the hallways, and excellent service when I call for a maintenance request are just a few of the points that make this building great. These are all things that matter to me. The staff at Red Oak are friendly and professional whenever I call. I see the owner at the Property on a regular basis and he always inquires about how we like our apartment. I have a 2 bedroom penthouse that looks out over the city. The area is quiet,safe and I can even walk to work.
I highly recommend Red Oak Properties.
