I have leased my commercial property at 42 Hanover St, for 6 years now, going into my 7th year. My property has always been maintained very well. Any questions, concerns, or issues have been immediately addressed by well qualified maintenance staff. The staff at Red Oak Property Management have been friendly, informative and great to work with.
The only concern is parking, in the winter. When the snow piles up we lose parking spaces and this can be difficult at times.
Recently Red Oak Properties have been improving the sidewalks and walkways, which needed some improvement due to weather and normal wear and tear. It's great to see this happening. The outside of the building is beautiful and brings many customers in to the store. I would like to see carpets replaced, but haven't asked for this to occur, at this time. Overall Red Oak Property Management treats me very well.
