Part of California Property Management group the Silver Towers apartment (Manchester, NH) is another example of their far and wide variety in apartments.
This complex isn't that great though, most neighbors are noisy and inconsiderate. I'm only in my early twenties and the noise gets to me. The area around the apartment seems a little unsafe as it's mostly industry and it's noisy outside too. The parking set-up isn't great and the parking lot fills up quick. In order to curb this they now only allow one car from 1 bedroom apartments to park, which is most of the apartments in the complex. So if you have two cars and it snows and the city closes the street one of your cars will get towed no matter what, and believe me - they don't care, I've asked.
Also the dryers don't work, so don't waste your money on them. Your clothes will still be wet after they're done.
Only thing good about this place is if you choose to pay the slightly more expensive rent with all utilities included, which still only comes out to $800 a month, which is still a steal.
But all in all I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless they're on a budget and don't really care about quality of living space.

Nov.2009: I moved here one year ago from St Petersburg,Fl. My apartment in 499 Silver Street (Towers Phase II) is modern and clean. Newly built 5 years ago, it has heavy insulated windows. My indoor temp never moved below 74 degrees...no matter how frigid outdoors and I honestly did not need to turn on my apartments heat since moving in! The property is undergoing parking lot upgrades and the buildings (497 and 499) are kept clean. The laundry rooms (3)are maintained; the area is located in a light industrial area of the city. It's also a working class neighborhood; it is no more noisy then other neighborhooda; some might refer to the area as "the hood" but that just isn't the full story. Crime exists in all cities and towns nationwide...no more in this area of Manchester then elsewhere. As for the prior post to which I'm responding....I would recommend this property, it is a bargin as monthly rents go and I most certainly do care about the quality of my living space.
