I have lived here for several years and would recommend Sunset Ridge to anyone looking for a great community. The buildings are newly sided, new carpeting has been installed in the hallways, the grounds are well kept, there is plenty of space, extra storage, any time I have had a maintenance problem they have been here within 24 hours to fix it, you rarely hear your neighbors, and they even allow small pets ( I did have a problem once with a neighbor?s dog ..I notified the office and they were very quick to address the problem and correct the situation).I also find the office staff to be friendly and helpful with any problem I may have. I would like to say after reading through some of the other reviews that sure sometimes situations do arise that are not pleasant but I would not have stayed at this property as long as I have if I did not enjoy living here.
