Can't wait for my lease to end!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
I moved in springtime of 2002, I was very skeptical about the electric heat but decided to give it a shot.
A month after we moved in the toilet decided to keep running and we had a flood. It is now January 2nd 2003 and we have officially asked 4 times for maintenence to come fix the cheap stick on tiles in the bathroom that have slid out of place.
BTW_ Be forewarned they IMMEDIATELY report to your credit report as owing $X,XXX. and then NEVER update after each payment. We have never paid a day late and it still looks like we owe almost a full years rent. We will be moving in a couple of months.
