SO.......I decide to buy a house instead of renting....Much to my dismay in getting this mortgage they ask me about this Mid America Lien on my credit report...YES FOLKS...Mid America immediately reports to the credit bureau....they add up the amount of money you pay each month times the number of months in your lease and they report this to the credit bureau.....AND THEY NEVER UPDATE IT - so I had to call Mid America and argue with them to update their report....EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE... I had to ask for the manager and still they did nothing about this. They told me how they report to the credit bureau every 3 months to update everybodys report...when in reality they dont - I had 1 month remaining on my lease and they had on my credit report that I owed them over $7000....I had to ask the manager to fax me a letter stating that I only had 1 month left to pay on my lease......So if you are planning on getting a mortgage anytime soon, it would be in your best interest to rent elsewhere, because I can assure you this will be showing on your credit report...

I had the pleasure of living on the first floor and could hear everything and I mean everything that the people upstairs were doing - even going to the bathroom...it always sounded like they were going to come through the floor. The people upstairs use to get up at 4am in the morning....tough to sleep when you can hear them walking above you....

I deal with the public everyday and I have never dealt with such unprofessional office staff....Upper management really needs to take a look at the people who they have hired to work at Sunset and realize that these rude people represent this company......
