parking: good luck. they wanted my car out of the lot at all time. when I applied to move in with my friend, he got approved and I didnt. but she(the lady in the office) winked at him and said it was okay for me to move in anyway since he needed my income to make rent. but then they said they would tow my car if it was in the lot. so I parked on a sidestreet, but they said that was for firetrucks(SINCE THE ALARM WENT OFF ALL THE TIME) so I had to park in the street.that was fun in the winter.
noise: we lived on the first floor and still had a lot of noise problems(mostly kids/elephants, I couldn't tell by noise alone.
grounds: big yards, not bad
safety: not a concern
construction: boring but nice
maintenance:sometimes non-existent. seriously. there was a problem with our slidin door(the whole screen door fell out) that was NEVER fixed.
office staff: they just dont care. you come to them with an issue and they dont try to do anything about it. at least they're honest about it, but you shouldnt tell your tenants that you're not concerned with them or your properties and that you just need this job to pay you're mortgage. real classy(sarcasm)
