Upon move in our water heater didn't work. They replaced the 40 gallon heater 3 days after moving in with a 20 gallon heater that gave us no hot water if the dishwasher was run once a day.
The garbage disposal didn't run for 5 months before they realized they never fixed it.
The window sills were covered in mold from being sealed so poorly.
Our air conditioner leaked from day one (when it was not running) and stained the interior walls.
I had to call out of work on 2 occasions because my neighbors' vehicles were stuck in the unplowed lot - blocking both exits for several hours first thing in the morning.
Finally - our neighbor repeatedly locked her crying 3 year old out in the hallway for a 1/2 hour at a time - when calls to mgmt were made they would just call the neighbor and leave a message telling her to be more quiet.
After all of this they slammed our credit report for the remainder of the lease even after they rerented out our unit (which is illegal) - Now I'm going through a major process to get this fixed.
