I have lived at Sunset Ridge Apts for several years and have gone through several management/owner changes. Brady Sullivan is the worst. Residents on the ground floors that had a walk-out patio are now shut in by very high enclosures cutting off air and light. Residents are forbidden to hang flowers, wind chimes or anything from their own balconies. Trees and bushes that afforded some privacy have been cut back to nothing or removed altogether. The places touts additional storage but residents cannot have a key to access their own storage units. We are required to go to the office each and every time we need to get into our storage, sign out a key and return it the same day. So much for needing something from storage when the office is closed. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move to a place that appreciates good, quiet, on-time payment tenants. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE if any of these things matter to you
