Where to start' Brady Sullivan may know their stuff when it comes to condo flipping, but apartment complex managers they are not. First they removed all the signs indicating where each building was (WHY'') now I get stopped every time I'm out by some poor soul looking for a certain building. And last week I watched a fire truck drive in and out of three different parking lots before they found the right one- hope no one was having an emergency! I suppose it will take someone having a heart attack or a building burning down and BS getting sued for them to smarten up. At least they'll be hit where it hurts- their wallets! Rent is ridiculous for what you get- the kitchens haven't been updated since the buildings were built. I also pay $40 extra to have a dog that I clean up after religioulsy, yet I step in dog poop EVERY time I'm outisde. I find it laughable that they are advertising these places as "luxury" on craiglsist- they shoudn't be able to give them away!

there was a older man who had a heart attack and the ambulance couldnt find the bulding because the #'s were down, he died
