I am Ron Dupont, owner of Red Oak Properties, and the owner of Sunset Ridge Apartments. Since we purchansed Sunset Ridge in Dec. 2007 we have dedicated our staff to service towards our residents here. The previous management company did little in the way of service to their loyal residents, as you can see from many comments that were posted here prior to Dec. 2007. Well that was a nice try in plugging your apartment community but there are quite a few things that dont add up with what you actually get at sunset ridge first of all the manager of the property is the most UN-professional person I have ever dealt with, she is rude to residents and people looking to move there. She is very impatient and shouldnt be working in customer service type of job. The other girls in the office seem to know what they are doing and how to work wih people though. Secondly is that the word "luxury" doesnt fit in the description of your apartments there is nothing luxurious about them, you havent updated anything in the buildings. I dont know how much time you spend at this property but you may want to take a closer look at what you are advertising to what you really have to offer since it does have your name on it.

I would like to address this reviewer. Over the past 3 years we have put over $2 million dollars into improvements to this property. These include: A totally upgraded clubhouse with new wallpaper, flat screen TV's, new furniture, new stainless steel appliances and an upgraded cardio area. Each building in the Sunset Community has new paint and paper in the hallways, new washer/dryers in the laundry rooms, new carpeting, new canopies and exterior doors. There has been upgraded landscaping put in, new irrigation systems to keep the lawns green, expanded parking lots, improved lighting and improved signage in the area. These improvements show our committment to this special property. Our residents comment to us all the time about how happy they are.
