Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I was a Tenant at SunsetRidge in Manchester, Nh. I was a tenant for 1 year and it was the worst experience so far in my life.
I have moved out.
I currently am looking to move into a Townhouse and due to the lack of Management skills I may loose it. REASON:
When I was living there I had my locks changed which cost me $25.00. My partner closed my checking account so I paid in FULL $50.00 (bounced check fee) as well.
When I vacated from SunsetRidge after paying my year in full and on time I recieved my Security Deposit back. Now, they are telling me I never paid the $50.00, they have no record (they lost it) of my $50.00 payment!
If in fact I owed Mid-America $50.00 then tell me why I got my Security Deposit in FULL!
Very dissapointed with Mid-America Management and I DO NOT believe this is happening to me! Very poor Staff.
I am beyond upset that $50 could hold me back from my Townhouse!
I do not advise you rent from them or have anything to do with M.A.M.!!!
