I've lived at Manchester Place since the fall of last year. Overall it has been a great experience. The staff can't be any friendlier, the building is immaculate, and you get what you pay for. I've looked at other apartments in the area, and none of them come close to being as nice as this place. On the weekends there's security at night, there's always someone at the desk during the day, and the one maintenance problem I had was taken care of immediately. I never hear my neighbors, and when I do run into them they're friendly. There is a variety of different ages living in the building, but everyone seems to mesh well. I've lived in a number of different apartments, and this is by far the best.
